Living Well Books is an independent publishing, rights and representation business. Alongside publishing our own titles and supporting independent creators, we represent selected authors, books, series and creative properties for wider commercial opportunities.
Representation for Authors & Creators
For selected projects, Living Well Books can act on behalf of the creator to identify and pursue appropriate opportunities, including:
- approaches to established publishers
- preparation and presentation of publishing submissions
- book and series representation
- licensing opportunities
- subsidiary rights
- special and alternative editions
- educational and institutional opportunities
- international opportunities where appropriate
- other suitable commercial partnerships
How Representation Works
Representation is selective and is separate from our paid publishing and book-creation services.
Creators do not have to purchase publishing services in order to apply for representation.
Where Living Well Books agrees to represent a creator or property, the exact works, rights, territory, exclusivity, commission, duration and other terms will be agreed separately in writing.
Your Work, Your Rights
Creators retain ownership of their work and all rights that have not specifically been granted under a written agreement.
Using Living Well Books or the Publishing Hub does not automatically transfer copyright, publishing rights or representation rights.
